AN ACT EXEMPTING THE OAKDALE THEATRE FROM THE ADMISSIONS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 225 of the general statutes be amended to exempt the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford from the admissions tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax equity for the Oakdale Theatre with similar event facilities in the state.
