AN ACT INCREASING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF BONDS AUTHORIZED FOR LOCAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-538 of the general statutes be amended to increase by thirty-five million dollars the aggregate amount of bonds authorized under said section to eight hundred sixty million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the aggregate amount of bonds authorized under said section by thirty-five million dollars.
