AN ACT RESTRUCTURING THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to restructure the estate tax to assist family-owned businesses to remain family-owned and encourage residents to remain in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
