AN ACT EXEMPTING MEDICATION LOCK BOXES FROM THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to exempt medication lock boxes from the sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the use of medication lock boxes by exempting such boxes from the sales tax.
