AN ACT ELIMINATING OR REDUCING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING FEES FOR LOW-INCOME OR DISABLED PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate or reduce professional licensing fees for low-income or disabled persons.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage job growth by eliminating or reducing occupational licensing fees for low-income or disabled individuals.
