AN ACT MODERATING THE RISE IN MEDICATION PRICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a state pharmacy benefits manager position and a uniform list of covered drugs for purchasing by the state and to establish a database on drug development and marketing of such drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To moderate the rise in drug prices.
