AN ACT CONCERNING CRAFT BEER LABELING REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt craft beer manufactured in-state and sold in-state from state labeling requirements, provided such craft beer is in compliance with all applicable federal regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove a burden on the in-state manufacture of craft beer.
