AN ACT ESTABLISHING K-9 VETERANS DAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-29a of the general statutes be amended to designate March thirteenth of each year as K-9 Veterans Day.
Statement of Purpose:
To create an annual K-9 Veterans Day, celebrated on March 13, the birth date of the United States K-9 Corps, which was created on March 13, 1942.
