AN ACT CONCERNING CLINICAL PATHWAYS USED BY HEALTH CARRIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to (1) establish requirements for clinical pathways used by health carriers, and (2) specify the disclosures required regarding such clinical pathways, health carriers' use of such clinical pathways and financial incentives offered or provided by health carriers to prescribing practitioners for participation in a clinical pathways program.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish requirements for clinical pathways used by health carriers.
