2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 47-36b of the general statutes be amended to provide that real property may not be conveyed by quitclaim deed unless both the grantor and the grantee, or their respective attorneys, are present at the time the quitclaim deed is executed.
