AN ACT CONCERNING DRUG DEALER CRIMINAL LIABILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to hold drug dealers liable for the sale of drugs that result in the death of a person who purchased the drugs from the dealer.
Statement of Purpose:
To hold drug dealers liable for the sale of drugs that result in the death of a person who purchased the drugs.
