AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES AND DISTRICT DEPARTMENTS OF HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Public Health from consolidating the municipal health authorities and district departments of health.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the existing health district structure to be maintained.
