AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OPIOID DRUG TESTING PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish an opioid drug testing pilot program as part of the electronic prescription drug monitoring system.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop an opioid drug testing program in Connecticut.
