AN ACT INCREASING OVERSIGHT OF THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to increase oversight of the electronic prescription drug monitoring program.
Statement of Purpose:
To combat the opioid crisis in the state.
