AN ACT REQUIRING THE USE OF HELMETS BY MOTORCYCLE OPERATORS AND PASSENGERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-289g of the general statutes be amended to require motorcycle operators and passengers to wear protective headgear.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of helmets by motorcycle operators and passengers.
