AN ACT REQUIRING THE CONNECTICUT TRANSPORTATION INSTITUTE TO STUDY SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Connecticut Transportation Institute, as described in section 10a-121 of the general statutes, shall conduct a study regarding methods and practices that local school districts may utilize to reduce costs and increase efficiencies in the provision of student transportation.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Transportation Institute to study student transportation efficiencies and save municipalities money regarding student transportation services.
