2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than July 1, 2017, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Transportation shall submit a report, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation concerning the Hartford-New Britain busway. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the number of passengers, the fare revenue generated per passenger, the number of passengers who do not pay a fare and the cost of operation and maintenance.
