AN ACT REMOVING MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FROM THE CALCULATION OF STATE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to remove reimbursements received by state employees for mileage from the calculations of base salary for purposes of determining retirement income.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove mileage reimbursements from the calculation of a state employee's pension benefit.
