| 30 | 30 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) convert all state employees and officials exempt from classified service to a defined contribution pension plan with a maximum employer contribution of two per cent of annual salary, (2) convert state employee health care plans to high-deductible plans paired with health savings accounts with $2,000/$4,000 deductibles and a maximum employer contribution of fifty per cent toward such deductibles, and (3) replace retiree health care insurance coverage with fixed monthly stipends for health care coverage. | |
