AN ACT CONCERNING THE FORMULA USED TO CALCULATE THE REIMBURSEMENT PERCENTAGE FOR SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-285a of the general statutes be amended to revise the calculation for how reimbursement percentages are determined for school building projects by increasing the importance of a town's financial need in such calculation.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a more equitable school construction formula.
