AN ACT CONCERNING THE FINALITY OF DECISIONS IN TEACHER TERMINATION HEARINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 10-151 of the general statutes be amended to require that the decision of a hearing officer or subcommittee of the board of education in a teacher termination hearing be final and binding.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the decisions in teacher termination hearings final and binding.
