AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF MUNICIPAL BROADBAND SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to create municipal broadband services.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to create municipal broadband services to provide low-cost Internet service.
