AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MICROBREWERY TAP HOUSE PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to establish a microbrewery tap house beer permit and that such permit allow multiple microbreweries to maintain "tap walls" for patrons to serve themselves a variety of microbrewed beers on the permit premises.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a microbrewery tap house beer permit.
