AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to hold municipal elections on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in the even-numbered years.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to hold municipal elections concurrently with state elections.
