2424 AN ACT CONCERNING JOINT CAMPAIGNING AND RAISING OF FUNDS BY CANDIDATES FOR GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require (1) candidates for governor and lieutenant governor to seek such candidates' party's nomination jointly as a ticket, and (2) that any such candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program campaigning jointly and as a ticket receive qualifying contributions through one candidate committee in order to qualify for a grant from the Citizens' Election Fund.
