AN ACT REDUCING THE PERCENTAGE FOR EXEMPTING MUNICIPALITIES FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (k) of section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to reduce the threshold for exempting municipalities from the affordable housing appeals procedure from ten to two per cent of all dwelling units in the municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the threshold for exempting municipalities from the affordable housing appeals procedure.
