AN ACT CONCERNING RESTORING OVERSIGHT OF THE CARE 4 KIDS PROGRAM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To amend section 17b-749 of the general statutes to restore oversight of the Care 4 Kids program to the Department of Social Services.
Statement of Purpose:
To transfer oversight of the Care 4 Kids child-care subsidy program from the Office of Early Childhood to the Department of Social Services.
