2424 AN ACT CONCERNING AN INNOVATION INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR NONPROFIT HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDERS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to encourage innovation and efficiency in the delivery of human services by (1) allowing savings to be retained by a contracted human services provider at the end of contract terms, and (2) allowing such savings to be reinvested into service delivery, if a state agency determines the provider complied with contractual and other service delivery requirements.
