| 28 | 28 | That section 47-260 of the general statutes be amended to permit a unit owner with access to the records of an association relating to (1) any payment made to a member or officer of the executive board concerning the operation of the common interest community, and (2) a request for proposal sought by the executive board for goods or services that are to be provided to the common interest community. | |
