2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 14-227a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person from operating a motor vehicle with a concentration of marijuana in the blood of such person that is five nanograms or more of delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol per milliliter.
