AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVAILING WAGE FOR MUNICIPAL SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to exempt municipal school construction projects from the prevailing wage requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce costs for town public works projects by exempting municipal school construction projects from the prevailing wage requirements.
