AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF ENTERPRISE FUNDS FOR MUNICIPAL BROADBAND SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-148 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to create enterprise funds for municipal broadband services.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to create enterprise funds for municipal broadband services.
