2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to encourage (1) home health agencies to use child-resistant blister packaging for opioid medication and a cost-effective method for safe storage of such medication, and (2) a cost-effective conversion to such packaging over a two-year period.
