AN ACT CONCERNING A DIABETES ACTION PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-6q of the general statutes be amended to require the development and implementation of a diabetes action plan.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the development and implementation of a diabetes action plan to reduce the impact of diabetes on the state.
