AN ACT CONCERNING FORECLOSURE BY COMMERCIAL POWER OF SALE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize foreclosure of a mortgage by statutory power of sale, other than a mortgage of owner-occupied residential real property or a mortgage granted by a religious corporation.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize foreclosure of a mortgage by statutory power of sale, other than a mortgage of owner-occupied residential real property or a mortgage granted by a religious corporation.
