28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) prohibit the use of an electronic device that is utilized to track the location and movement of another person unless such other person has consented to be tracked by the device, and (2) provide that if a person has consented to be tracked by an electronic device, the term of such consent may not exceed five years. | |
