AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SOLAR-READY CONSTRUCTION STUDY GROUP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to establish a study group to study a solar-ready capability requirement for new construction.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a solar-ready construction study group.
