AN ACT CONCERNING RENEWABLE PORTFOLIO STANDARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-245a of the general statutes be amended to increase the Class I renewable portfolio standard to fifty per cent by 2030.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the renewable portfolio standard to fifty per cent by 2030.
