AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER ACCESS TO AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-245m of the general statutes be amended to allow all consumers to equally access energy efficiency and conservation programs and for such programs to offer equivalent terms and conditions.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide equal access to energy conservation programs created by the state.
