AN ACT CONCERNING DISTRICT HEATING SYSTEM INCENTIVE PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-258d of the general statutes be amended to make the incentive payment made to a district heating system end use customer the value of the estimated savings from the customer's projected natural gas reduction for the period of time the customer commits to use the system and to include the cost of gas and the annual discount factor.
Statement of Purpose:
To change the incentive payment made to district heating system end use customers.
