AN ACT CONCERNING WATER RATES FOR WATER BOTTLERS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that water rates for large-scale water bottlers in the state not be lower than water rates for residential customers.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the extent of water rate discounts to large bottlers of water in the state.
