2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of the bottle deposit under the bottle bill from five cents to ten cents, include juices, teas and sports drinks under the provisions of the bottle bill and dedicate any increased revenues to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for maintenance and operation of state parks.
