AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO WATER PLANNING INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for access to information that is essential for water planning while providing for security considerations concerning water resources and infrastructure.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide access to information that is needed for water planning purposes while adhering to prudent security considerations.
