(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2017) Any person who offers for sale any parcel of land that abuts any other parcel of land for which an environmental land use restriction was recorded, in accordance with the provisions of section 22a-133o of the general statutes, shall post upon such parcel of land that is offered for sale a notice that such parcel abuts land for which an environmental land use restriction applies. Such notice shall consist of a sign that is not less than eight and one-half inches by eleven inches in size and shall be in a form substantially as follows: | |
