AN ACT ELIMINATING THE INCOME TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND ALL PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the income tax on Social Security benefits and all pensions.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the income tax on Social Security benefits and all pensions.
