AN ACT ELIMINATING INCOME TAXES ON ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate income taxes on all public and private sector pensions.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate income taxes on all public and private sector pensions.
