AN ACT EXEMPTING SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS FROM INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt Social Security benefits from income tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt Social Security benefits from income tax.
