AN ACT ELIMINATING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the tax on outpatient surgical procedures provided at ambulatory surgical centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the ambulatory surgical center tax.
