AN ACT TO PHASE OUT THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX OVER A FIVE-YEAR PERIOD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to phase out the ambulatory surgical center tax over a five-year period, beginning July 1, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the ambulatory surgical center tax.
