AN ACT ELIMINATING INCOME TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate income tax on Social Security benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate income tax on Social Security benefit payments.
